Personal data
GENERAL
It is hereby informed that the data provided to any of the associated institutions that make up RedTec-LATAM are incorporated into the database of students or users of the RedTec-LATAM website.
RedTec-LATAM will use this information for the purpose of managing the products and/or services requested and/or contracted (including data processing, debt collection management, and correspondence forwarding, among others), which may be carried out among them.
Likewise, the data subject authorizes the RedTec-LATAM associations to use their personal data, including sensitive data, which have been directly provided to RedTec-LATAM, those that may be found in publicly accessible sources, for treatments involving the development of commercial actions, including the dispatch (via physical, electronic, or telephone means) of advertising, information, or offers (personalized or general) of RedTec-LATAM products and/or services.
For these purposes, the data subject authorizes the associated institutions of RedTec-LATAM to transfer or communicate their personal data to the formerly mentioned associated institutions and among them.
SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 Storage Period:
The personal data collected will be retained by RedTec-LATAM for the period deemed necessary for the fulfillment of the described purposes and/or for the time indicated by any specific regulation in this regard, whichever comes first. Likewise, personal data may be canceled or deleted at the user’s request in accordance with ARCO rights, in the absence of a regulatory provision. If the data subject does not request the cancellation of their data, RedTec-LATAM will retain the data for a period of 10 years. After this period, personal data will be deleted from all RedTec-LATAM systems.
2.2 Transfer and Recipients
The user is informed that the personal data provided to RedTec-LATAM is transferred as necessary to the following recipients:

2.3 Exercise of Rights
The user may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition of personal data; as well as revoke their consent, through the email: redteclatam@inlearning.edu.pe established for this purpose in each associated institution that makes up RedTec-LATAM; or, at our office indicated in the “associated institution that makes up RedTec-LATAM” section of this website.

2.4 Information Safeguarding
RedTec-LATAM has adopted the necessary security measures to guarantee the protection of the personal data provided by the user in order to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized access, or processing by third parties that may affect personal information.
2.5 Disclosure
RedTec-LATAM may disclose personal data when required by judicial, administrative, or other authorities, in the proper exercise of their functions, to collaborate with investigations or proceedings carried out by such government authorities.
2.6 Privacy Policy Amendments
RedTec-LATAM expressly reserves the right to modify, update, or complete these data processing conditions at any time. Any modification, update, or expansion made to the data processing conditions will be immediately communicated to the user, so the data subject will be informed about what information is collected, how RedTec-LATAM uses and processes their information, and under what circumstances.
